We are looking for calm, resourceful people who take ownership, solve problems, and genuinely care about outcomes. This is not a “clock in and complete tasks” office job. This role is for someone who: stays composed under pressure notices details others miss follows through relentlessly refuses to leave a client stranded looks for solutions instead of excuses No passport or visa experience required. We can train systems and procedures. We cannot train urgency, empathy, accountability, and ownership. SCHEDULE Available shifts: Morning: 9am–3pm Afternoon: 12pm–5pm Full Day: 9am–5pm Flexible scheduling available for dependable team members. Some days are extremely busy and time‑sensitive. Clients may be stressed or traveling urgently. Success in this role requires professionalism, urgency, empathy, and strong follow‑through.
