Choose shifts that fit your schedule while making a direct impact on resident health and safety.Schedule: PRN, Monday - Friday, flexible shifts (typically 7:00 AM–6:30 PM)This is a seasonal role with Orientations beginning in August for clinics that are scheduled September through December.Why Join Us:Flexible, pick-up shifts that fit your lifestyleWork in assisted living and skilled nursing communities across FloridaMake a meaningful impact with a high-need populationSupportive, team-oriented clinic environmentTravel to a variety of sites—no two days are the sameWhat You'll Do:Administer vaccinations in onsite clinic settingsProvide a welcoming, professional experience for residentsAnswer questions and deliver compassionate patient careAccurately document vaccinations in TRACK (EMR platform)Assist with clinic setup, breakdown, and team supportQualifications:Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or current, active Florida license or EMT certification3+ years of MA/EMT experienceStrong patient-facing and communication skillsExperience in assisted living and/or skilled nursing preferredAbility to connect with elderly populations and support individualized care needsBasic computer proficiency (EMR systems, email, etc.)Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic sitePhysical Requirements:Lift up to 25 lbsStand for extended periodsWear PPE as requiredNovir is a fast-growing startup with a work hard, play hard attitude.
