Packaging Specialist (a.k.a. Candy Wrangling Wizard) If you believe every sweet treat deserves to look as good as it tastes, you might be our next Packaging Specialist! In this role, you’ll be the guardian of gummies, the protector of chocolates, and the final stop before our candy makes someone’s day a little brighter.
What you’ll do:
Transform candies into perfectly packaged treasures
Inspect treats for quality, consistency, and irresistible charm
Operate packaging equipment with the grace of a sugar-fueled ninja
Keep your workspace cleaner than a freshly unwrapped lollipop
Collaborate with a team of candy enthusiasts who take fun seriously
What you bring:

Job Requirements Include:
Must have 6 months of previous Warehouse, Industrial, or Manufacturing experience within the last 12 months.
Must be able to consistently lift 30-35 lbs. and lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
Repetitive heavy lifting required
Requires continuous walking/standing on hard surfaces
Previous work in factory setting preferred
Must be available for OT when needed
Must be available to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd)—subject to weekly transfers
No attendance issues. No calling off, no tardies, no asking to leave early while in probation
Job Details Include:
Shift / Pay Rate
1st shift $24.62/hr.
2nd shift: $24.97/hr.
3rd shift: $25.07/hr.
Shift Hours
1st Shift: Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday: 3:25 p.m. – 11:55 p.m.
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday: 10:35 p.m. – 7:05 a.m.
