Outpatient Physical Therapist - Geriatric Rehab Specialist
MHM Support Services
Mercy Hospital is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to perform objective assessments and craft individualized treatment plans for adults and geriatric patients. The role includes supervision of rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants, ensuring care aligns with Mercy standards and state practice acts. Required are a PT licensure in the practice state and current BLS certification.
