$100,000 plus commission

QSL Management (QSLM) is looking for a dynamic leader to support our sales teams. This leader must be core value driven and champion the phrase, "We Serve Others". They must be able to build and maintain a culture where team members can grow and thrive yet push for excellence in all areas of sales and operations. As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting a team of sales professionals to drive occupancy growth and achieve sales targets. This is a corporate position that requires strong leadership skills, senior living sales expertise, and a proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.

Duties:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive occupancy growth in the assigned region
• Support and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and training as needed
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make pricing suggestions and incentives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the Regional Vice President of Sales
• Fill in for vacancies in sales positions throughout the assigned region
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of sales leaders and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

• Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years sales experience in the senior living industry
• Demonstrated success in managing and achieving sales targets
• Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Solid understanding of Sherpa or similar CRM software
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

This position requires traveling 100% of the time, with communities all over the East Coast of Florida
