Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Palestine, Texas

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night Shift - 36 hours per week, with 6 weekend hours within a 6-week schedule.

Job Description: The Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a Level IV Trauma Facility. The RN will work with a dedicated team to deliver comprehensive care for critically ill patients, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compassion.

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and response to treatment.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Utilize advanced technologies and equipment in patient care.
Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
1+ years of experience in critical care nursing.
Required certifications: AHA ACLS and AHA BLS.
