Trident Consulting is seeking a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician for a client in Indianapolis, IN. Role Aseptic Filling Technician / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician Location Indianapolis, IN Pay $27–$30/hr on w2 Shift 1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) Must-Have Skills 3–5+ years of aseptic filling experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Isolator experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of GMP compliance , aseptic processing, equipment cleaning, setup, and assembly. Experience with cleanroom operations , filling, capping, component preparation, and sanitization. Ability to follow batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation. Key Responsibilities Perform aseptic filling operations in a GMP cleanroom. Setup, sanitize, and operate filling equipment. Verify equipment calibration and maintain production readiness. Support component preparation, filling, capping, and packaging activities. Train new team members and provide floor support when needed. Handle hazardous chemical disposal and maintain compliance with GMP standards. Preferred Experience with stopper preparation, capping, and packaging. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) knowledge.
