Job Title : Team Lead, Logistics


Location : Hillsboro, OR


Compensation : $26-$28/hr

Job Description:


We are seeking a Team Lead to support daily warehouse and distribution operations within a fast-paced logistics environment. This individual will oversee workflow coordination, support shipping and receiving activities, and assist with leading associates to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing inbound and outbound shipments.
• Coordinating daily warhouse operations and workflow.
• Training and mentoring new associates and temporary staff.
• Verifying shipping and receiving documentation for accuracy.
• Supporting quality control and safety initiatives.
• Assisting with scheduling and operational support.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.

Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience within logistics, warehouse, distribution, or supply chain environments required.
• Prior experience in a lead or team lead capacity preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer skills including Outlook and Excel.
• SAP experience preferred but can be taught.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in warehouse temperatures.
• Ability to lead associates in a fast-paced operational setting.
• Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
