Enrollment Sales Manager- Clinical Operations

As an Enrollment Sales Manager- Clinical Operations , you will be a crucial part of our onboarding team, responsible for driving the enrollment process, managing both newly onboarded and existing practices. Your expertise in sales strategies, relationship management, and data analysis will be essential in achieving our enrollment targets and fostering growth. 

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies that align with our goals and objectives.


• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish enrollment targets, ensuring alignment with the company's growth projections.


• Utilize data-driven insights to monitor enrollment trends, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose strategic adjustments to improve enrollment rates.


• Be an expert with the enrollment process, leading your team to improve quickly.


• Review weekly performance to goals


• Work closely with the sales and operations teams to onboard new practices efficiently - with custom and tailored onboarding for each practice given their goals


• Hire, train, and onboard new Care Partners to the enrollment team


• Coach your team to improve performance through live listening and shadowing

What you should have / Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required


• Minimum of 5 years in Clinical Operations, Sales or similar 


• Experience managing remote teams with a focus on coaching, accountability, and performance management. 


• Proven ability to drive productivity and guide team members to meet enrollment targets, quality benchmarks, and organizational goals in a virtual environment.


• Creative in finding solutions: You are relentless in searching for themes and getting to the root of any issue


• Comfortable working in an autonomous environment, can expertly prioritize, and have a knack for identifying internal and external blockers
