Overview:

Transmit is seeking a Senior Media Analyst to support the execution, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across OTT, CTV, video, and programmatic platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring successful campaign delivery, monitoring performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing exceptional support to our clients and agency partners.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in digital media operations or campaign management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem. This is a hands-on role requiring the ability to independently manage campaigns, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage and optimize digital media campaigns (OTT, CTV, video, and programmatic) for top-tier clients across the US, ensuring delivery against KPIs and pacing goals.
• Monitor campaign performance, identify delivery issues, and proactively implement optimizations to maximize campaign effectiveness.
• Partner closely with media buying teams, agencies, and client stakeholders to maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
• Provide technical and operational support to clients throughout pre-sales planning, campaign execution, and post-campaign analysis.
• Troubleshoot and resolve campaign delivery issues, including pacing discrepancies, targeting mismatches, creative errors, and reporting inconsistencies.
• Investigate discrepancies between first-party and third-party reporting to ensure accurate campaign performance measurement and billing.
• Conduct QA and trafficking checks on creative assets, targeting parameters, and campaign configurations to ensure compliance with platform specifications.
• Analyze campaign performance data and prepare detailed reporting, post-buy analyses, and actionable recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal Ad Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues and improve campaign execution.
• Gather client and agency feedback to recommend platform enhancements and workflow improvements.
• Support the development and implementation of best practices and operational processes to improve campaign efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members on campaign management, troubleshooting, and reporting best practices.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital media operations, campaign management, or ad operations. .
• Experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns, preferably across OTT, CTV, video, or programmatic environments.
• Strong understanding of campaign trafficking, pacing, targeting, optimization, and reporting.
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms, including DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, or other ad tech tools.
• Experience troubleshooting campaign delivery issues, reporting discrepancies, and technical challenges.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data, identify trends, and recommend actionable optimizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting, data analysis, and campaign tracking.
• Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external client relationships.

Salary Range:$70,000–$75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
