Who We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of automotive sales experience, new car dealership experience preferred
• Proven ability to follow a sales process and close professionally
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to honesty and transparency
• Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

Pay: UNCAPPED annual earning potential of $95,000 to $175,000!

• NON-COMMISSION pay plan with bonuses based off monthly volume, CSI and customer-experience incentives
• Average performing sales consultants selling 15 units per month earn approximately $95,000 annually
• High performing sales consultants selling 21 units per month earn approximately $150,000 annually
• Additional bonus opportunities through product penetration and referrals

What You'll Do:

• Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
• Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers.
• Track customers using store specific management systems.
• Keep abreast of new products, features, and accessories. Attend product and manufacturer training courses
