The Clients You’ll Serve You’ll work with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, body image concerns, chronic dieting, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other concerns that often intersect. While eating disorders and body image are at the heart of our practice, our clinicians also specialize in maternal mental health, trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. We recognize that people rarely fit neatly into one diagnosis, and we believe clients receive the best care when clinicians collaborate across areas of expertise. As an interdisciplinary practice, we also value thoughtful collaboration between therapists and dietitians when it supports a client’s goals, allowing us to provide coordinated, whole-person care. Our work is grounded in evidence-based treatment, compassion, and respect for the whole person. We provide care through a weight-inclusive, anti-diet, HAES-aligned framework and are committed to creating an affirming environment where every client feels seen, understood, and supported. What You’ll Do As part of our team, you’ll: Provide outpatient individual therapy to adolescents and adults. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in individual and group consultation. Collaborate with colleagues across specialty areas when appropriate. Continue developing your clinical expertise through continuing education, consultation, and professional development. Deliver thoughtful, individualized, evidence-based care aligned with Beyond’s mission and values. Qualifications We’re looking for clinicians who have: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Active Pennsylvania licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD), or are license-eligible with supervision available. Active licensure in other states is especially valued as well. Experience treating eating disorders and/or body image concerns, or a genuine desire to specialize in this work. Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills. The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Availability to see clients in-person in our Newtown, PA office at least once a week, ideally offering two different days of in-person availability.
