Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in an intermediate care setting, balancing between intensive and progressive care units.
• Collaborate with critical care intensivists and nursing staff to deliver extraordinary patient and family care.
• Administer and manage drips and medications as required across all units.
• Float to various units within the facility to meet staffing needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Maintain EPIC charting for all patient records and care procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and satisfaction through adherence to clinical protocols and standards.

Qualifications

• Active AHA BLS and ACLS certifications; CCRN and NIH preferred.
• 2 years of RN experience in a large, urban hospital environment required.
• Prior experience managing cardiac telemetry and ventilated patients.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
• Ability to float within scope to various units as needed.
• Must comply with a 100% nicotine-free workplace requirement.
