Motorcycle / Powersports Pre-Delivery Builder
Seminole Powersports is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Builder to join our growing team. If you enjoy working with motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, and personal watercraft in a fast-paced environment, this is an opportunity to build a career in the powersports industry with a company known for performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
We are seeking someone who takes pride in quality work, works efficiently, and understands the importance of delivering a unit that is clean, safe, and ready for the customer's first ride.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare new motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs
- Perform manufacturer pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
- Install accessories and basic add-ons as needed
- Check fluid levels, tire pressures, batteries, and overall unit operation
- Ensure all units meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with moving and staging inventory as needed
- Communicate effectively with service and sales departments
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude required
- Powersports, automotive, or dealership experience preferred
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift and move powersports vehicles safely
- Valid driver's license required
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
