Radiance Physical Therapy is excited to announce an opening for a full-time Physical Therapist in our dedicated rehabilitation facility located in beautiful Miramar Beach, Florida. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled professional to join our team, where you will play a vital role in restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for providing individualized care, developing treatment plans, and implementing effective therapeutic interventions to meet each patient's unique needs.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility, you will work onsite, directly engaging with patients in a compassionate and therapeutic environment. The facility is equipped with the latest technology and resources that support various rehabilitation methodologies and practices. You will primarily work Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule while providing consistent care to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs and therapeutic goals of each patient.
• Administer and implement a variety of rehabilitation modalities and interventions aimed at enhancing range of motion, strength, flexibility, and overall functional mobility.
• Maintain a patient load of approximately one patient every hour, ensuring you can provide consistent engagement and individualized attention.
• Document all patient interactions thoroughly and accurately in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems like WebPT.
• Evaluate patient progress continually, making modifications to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and self-management techniques to support their recovery journey.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare providers to create a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.
• Encourage active participation from patients in their rehabilitation process to motivate them towards achieving their personal health goals.
• Design and lead customized fitness programs that promote recovery, and enhance strength and functional outcomes post-treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact various patient populations, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related conditions, neurological disorders, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Your expertise in patient-centered care will contribute not only to their physical recovery but will also play a significant role in improving their quality of life, enabling them to return to their daily activities with confidence.

Qualifications

• A Master's (MPT) or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida, with no ongoing disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the development of rehabilitation exercise programs.
• Experience with EMR systems is preferred, particularly familiarity with WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous professional experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is highly desirable.
• A track record of successfully implementing evidence-based practices and adjusting methodologies based on patient feedback and outcomes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your financial, health, and wellness goals.
