As a Security Officer Part Time Armed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Windsor NC you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government and more. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service while carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and emergency response activities at a government corrections location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of assigned buildings grounds perimeter areas access points and parking areas.
• Monitor access and activity report unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized entry or prohibited activity.
• Respond to incidents alarms and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner following established protocols.
• Complete required activity logs incident reports and communications with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of armed security-related law enforcement or military experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
