Desired Skills and Experience:

• Possession of an active Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Clinical Competence Certificate (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• Experience delivering pediatric speech therapy in a school-based or healthcare environment
• Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy service models
• Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), document progress, and collaborate with educational stakeholders
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct intervention for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to support students’ academic and functional communication goals
• Develop treatment plans and implement evidence-based therapy techniques
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success
• Maintain accurate records and regularly report on students’ progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to school-based interventions
