Occupational Therapist

The best patient outcomes begin by listening to our therapists. Continuum Therapy Partners was born from a desire to address a gap in the industry: the need for a company that truly prioritizes the clinician’s voice. Since we began with nine facilities in North Carolina, we have scaled our model to support 275 facilities in 16 states, without losing sight of our roots.?

Occupational Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required

Current, unencumbered state Occupational Therapy License; NBCOT Certification required

1 year of previous experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred

Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence

Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes

Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations
