• What you'll do:
  • Coach clients toward life-changing results
  • Create personalized fitness programs
  • Provide accountability, motivation, and support
  • Build relationships with members and help create a welcoming gym culture
  • Serve and connect with both English and Spanish-speaking members

• What we're looking for:
  • Certified Personal Trainer (or willing to obtain certification)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

• Fitness Consultations

• Customize clients workouts
• Maintain a positive club experience
• Cleaning
• Calling clients
• Helping members achieve their fitness goals
• Encouraging members to purchase ongoing personal training
• Deliver high quality personal training services to clients
• Assisting Club Manager with his Day to Day Responsibilities
• Follow-up with clients and prospects to encourage progress

About Anytime Fitness: This Anytime Fitness location is an independent franchisee of Anytime Fitness. Anytime Fitness is made up of nearly 6,000 gyms and almost 4 million members, offering reasonable rates, a relaxed atmosphere, and 24/7 member access.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 40 hours per week

Compensation: $33,000 - $50,000 plus commission

Job Requirements
Must hold current Personal Trainer Certification.
