Title: Production Line Worker
Location: Elwood, IL Area
Positions Available: 25
Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Production Line Workers to join a fast-paced, climate-controlled food production environment. Team members will be responsible for packing pre-packaged food products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Pack pre-packaged food products on a production line
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Schedule
Monday-Friday with Saturdays as needed
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to follow GMP and food safety regulations
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Must wear required PPE, including hair nets and other food production protective gear
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment
- Climate-controlled facility
- GMP-regulated food production setting
- Safety-focused workplace
Transportation
- Conveniently located near a bus line
Languages
- English and Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
