Associate Territory Manager - North Jersey/NYC

Becton Dickinson seeks an Associate Territory Manager for the North Jersey/NYC region to coordinate customer training, clinical support, and physician development activities. The role involves field sales collaboration, hospital staff education, and execution of regional marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate logistics, timing, and execution of customer training and technical clinical support
- Conduct training and in-servicing for hospital surgery staff and personnel
- Support development of regional physician proctors and centers of excellence
- Assist with regional marketing events, conventions, and physician training seminars
- Prioritize targeted customers and training events with sales management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years general sales experience
- Valid driver's license with 3 years consecutive driving history
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Familiarity with medical and surgical terminology
- Understanding of needs-analysis sales approach and contract administration
