Manpower is partnering with a private estate to identify one exceptional Estate Operations & Property Management Assistant or a complementary couple/team to support the day-to-day operation of a unique rural property in the southwest US.

This role combines estate operations, hospitality, facilities oversight, property maintenance, guest support, vendor coordination, and general estate management. The ideal candidate(s) will be service-oriented, hands-on, resourceful, and comfortable living and working in a remote environment.

What is the Job:

The Estate Operations & Property Management Assistant supports the Estate Manager in maintaining the highest standards of appearance, functionality, safety, and guest experience throughout the property.

This role assists with housekeeping oversight, grounds coordination, facilities management, property maintenance, vendor relationships, guest services, and general estate operations while ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures.

Estate Operations & Guest Experience:

• Support the delivery of exceptional guest and resident experiences throughout the estate
• Assist with managing housekeeping operations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Help oversee household inventories, supplies, equipment, tools, and linens
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail when caring for furnishings, finishes, materials, and household items
• Assist with guest arrivals, departures, special events, deliveries, and requests
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, service providers, and estate staff
• Support dining service, table presentation, and hospitality-related needs as required
• Help ensure a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the property

Property Management & Facilities Operations:

• Monitor property systems and coordinate maintenance activities across multiple buildings and related facilities
• Assist with oversight of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, pools, and general property infrastructure
• Identify maintenance concerns proactively and help coordinate timely resolution
• Support construction, renovation, repair, and property improvement projects
• Follow up on maintenance requests, inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Coordinate contractors and service providers to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
• Conduct property inspections and walkthroughs to identify operational or maintenance concerns
• Maintain technical documentation, service records, asset tracking, and compliance files
• Help preserve and protect the long-term value, functionality, and appearance of the estate

Safety & Compliance:

• Promote adherence to health, safety, and operational standards
• Assist with maintaining compliance records and inspection documentation
• Support a safe environment for residents, guests, staff, vendors, and visitors

What is Needed:

• Previous experience in estate management, property management, household management, facilities management, hospitality, or related private service environments
• Strong technical, mechanical, and hands-on problem-solving abilities
• Experience coordinating vendors, contractors, service providers, or staff
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
• Valid driver's license
• First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification

Preferred Experience:

• High-end private estate, luxury hospitality, or residential property experience
• Facilities management, maintenance, construction, renovation, or project coordination experience
• Housekeeping supervision experience
• Inventory management and asset tracking experience
• Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, pools, electrical systems, and property maintenance
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Spanish language skills are a plus
