Job Description

• Track Progress and Document Outcomes: Monitor patient advancements and make necessary adjustments to ensure they are on the right track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
