Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO)

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person (outpatient) We are seeking a full-time, in-person Family Medicine Physician to join a mission-driven, multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare organization serving medically underserved communities. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics and delivers high-impact care to a diverse patient population. Physicians work alongside an integrated care team that includes primary care physicians, specialists, advanced practice providers, behavioral health clinicians, and dental professionals. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and pediatric patients in an outpatient setting Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care, health maintenance, and chronic disease management Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary clinical teams to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and timely documentation using an electronic health record system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health programs Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and wellness strategies Qualifications MD or DO with completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Active state medical license (or ability to obtain) Commitment to providing high-quality care to underserved populations Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and team-oriented mindset Competitive compensation package Paid CME time and stipend Eligibility for federal and state loan repayment programs Long-term growth opportunities within a stable, mission-focused organization #J-18808-Ljbffr
