Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greets and connects with each customer while demonstrating genuine appreciation for their business.
- Product Preparation: Handcrafts all customer orders according to specific brand recipes, aesthetic guidelines, and speed of service standards.
- Operational Excellence: Restocks workstations and maintains the cleanliness of equipment as well as coworker and customer areas to ensure an efficient workflow.
Skills
- Fast-Paced Adaptability: An energetic and flexible work style with the ability to handle multiple duties in a quick-service environment.
- Team Collaboration: The ability to work cooperatively and dependably within a team setting to deliver an "Amazing" customer experience.
- Quick Learning & Problem Solving: A commitment to mastering brand recipes and techniques while being able to learn and problem-solve on the fly.
