Overview PathGroup is seeking an AP/CP Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgical Pathologist to join a hospital-based practice in Statesboro, Georgia. Cytopathology training is a plus but not required. Candidates based in the Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, and Augusta areas are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Sign-out of general surgical pathology cases ± cytology cases. (Cytology is optional based on training and preference) Perform frozen sections and intraoperative consultations (infrequent) Participate in ROSE procedures (no requirement to sign out cytology) Clinical pathology oversight as needed Participate in tumor boards once per month, and interdisciplinary discussions Lead or support laboratory quality and operational initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
