This person will serve as a liaison between INX and the customer and will be responsible for maintaining INXs on-site ink room. As an Inplant Ink Supervisor you will be responsible for:/pulliMaintaining daily communication and direction to inplant employees/liliActing as INX 5S Leader/liliMaintaining training program/liliAttending customer technical meetings/liliScheduling vacations and coverage, including sick time/liliMaintaining KPIs/liliHelping oversee/direct color matching, inventory, ink manufacturing and housekeeping/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pTo perform your job as expected, you will be required to:/pulliHave a High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent/liliHave 3 to 5 years in lab and ink manufacturing environment/liliDemonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills/liliHave excellent verbal, written, reading comprehension and math skills/liliBe able to match colors effectively and pass a color vision test/liliBe able to lift up to 50 lbs./li/ulpIn addition to these qualifications, we will consider as a plus if you have:/pulliInplant and pressroom experience/liliPrevious supervisory experience/liliColor matching skills/liliCollege degree/liliPrevious experience within the Ink Industry/li/ulh3Additional Information/h3pWe offer a competitive salary with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, pet insurance, HSA and FSA, 401(k), and more.
