Provide services and support as a BI / Dashboard Developer (Power BI/Tableau) [Business Analytics Support: HR Technology Ecosystem, And Enterprise-Wide Decision-Making Capabilities Enhancement] in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on HC | Human Capital Solutions for clients such as National Science Foundation (NSF | OCHCO / OCIO) | Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) / Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) Generally Located In Alexandria, VA (Hybrid) and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World) Working Hybrid On/Off Client Site.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation; enhance data-driven decision-making using role-based advanced analytics and business intelligence; support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies; facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools; optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and SLAs.

Workforce Planning & Human Capital Analytics – Develop predictive analytics models and workforce dashboards, and mature from ad-hoc, one-off reporting to governed, self-service analytics. The ProSidian Engagement Team shall design and maintain semantic data models and role-based reports and dashboards that enable executives, HR specialists, and program staff to run their own queries and access curated insights appropriate to their roles.
