Director of Business Services

To ensure mission success and compliance, the full-time remote Director of Business Services will develop and execute departmental strategies, oversee contract execution, and manage team performance while fostering relationships with government clients. Key responsibilities Oversee contract execution and monitor performance to ensure financial tracking and deliverables are met on time and within budget Develop strategic goals and objectives in collaboration with leadership and report detailed status updates to the executive team Build and maintain relationships with key government customers and identify new project opportunities through networking and market insights Required qualifications Twenty plus years of related experience in program and project management Master's degree in a relevant area and PMP certification Strong understanding of strategic planning and experience managing budgets for multiple projects Demonstrated ability to develop standards and frameworks for operational processes Must be able to pass a government background check and be authorized to work in the United States
