- Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, helping them feel comfortable before their procedures
- Schedule appointments and manage a fast-moving calendar
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and coordinate with our surgical and clinical team
- Keep the front office running smoothly on even the busiest days
- Previous receptionist experience in a dental or medical office
- Familiarity with dental/oral surgery terminology, or a genuine willingness to learn. We're happy to train the right person.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
