Job PostingMinimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training3+ years of demonstrable 'hands-on' IT work experience supporting and resolving diverse PC desktop software and hardware issuesRequired Skills & Experience:3-5 years' experienceIT-related desktop and infrastructure hardware and software troubleshootingWork night shifts to provide continuous support and maintain the stability of the IT environment. THIS IS A NIGHT SHIFT POSITION IN DALLAS – Flex will be 4 days a week 10pm-6am but can be flexible, weekdays, weekends, no set days – no remote
