Library Director

Lead a beloved community library in a thriving small town just five miles north of Normal. The library serves a population of 3,400 residents of Hudson and surrounding townships. The library is recognized for its friendly staff, supportive Library Board, and involved community. The next Director will be someone who continues to cultivate an inclusive culture that encourages, celebrates, and values the community. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop staff, improve technology, expand programming, strengthen community partnerships, pursue grants, and build the library’s long-term vison. The Director should exhibit effective communication skills and utmost respect for others that combines leadership with vision, collaboration, and dedication.
