Sterling CDJR GMC West in Jennings, LA is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who want to build a rewarding career in automotive sales.

No automotive sales experience? No problem. We provide the training and support to help the right people succeed.

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and guide them through the buying process.
• Build relationships through phone, text, email, and in-person communication.
• Learn our vehicle lineup and confidently present features and benefits.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after the sale.
• Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat and referral business.

• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years old or have three years of licensed driving experience for insurance purposes
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
