What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly voice (and email) of our company.
- Assist customers with orders, questions, and solutions.
- Partner with the office, production, shipping and quality teams to keep orders moving.
- Track details like a detective - no order left behind!
What makes you a great fit:
- 2+ years of previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills, - clear, professional, and friendly.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work overtime hours as needed.
