In addition, we do require a valid WA state driver’s license, reliable vehicle and auto insurance in your name. Current Client Needs: Live- In available or 12/12 shifts available Memory Care Experience a plus Hoyer Experience a plus Pay rate: $278- $302 Daily Why Family Resource Home Care? Flexible Scheduling. Our branch staff, Customer Support, and Scheduling teams are available 7 days a week. Client Matching. We consider your experience, availability, and preferences to match you with the perfect clients. Paid Travel Time & Mileage Reimbursement. We pay you for your travel time in-between clients. Paid Orientation & Training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required. Employee Rewards & Recognition Program! Caregiver Job Duties Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.) Cooking and/or serving meals Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers Monitoring and reporting on their condition Additional Information Our hiring process is fast and simple! If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch as soon as 1 week. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients! The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match. Requirements 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a state and national background check Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app Family Resource Home Care is an equal opportunity employer.
