Job Description

The Manager of Brand Marketing and Media will oversee, coordinate, and participate in the creation and development of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and visual branding in support of overall business objectives and priorities.  Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will champion the brand and modernize our marketing efforts to drive awareness and brand affinity to create meaningful and emotional engagement with the brand.   

What the Head of Brand Marketing and Media will do:

Creative Services

·      Champion of our Brand Identity and bringing it to life across all touchpoints

·      Lead merchandising strategy, design, production and implementation

·      Manage Visual Assets

·      Refine packaging design (Restaurant and CPG)

·      Agency and partner management

Media and PR

·         Working closely with media agency to manage our media plans and budget

o   Digital, Social , Influencers

o   Manage FSI program including distribution strategy, offers, artwork and production

·         Manage Public Relations

Campaign and Calendar Management

·         Develop campaigns from concept to implementation in support of business priorities

·         Partner with Digital and Menu /Product Managers to optimize launch positioning and key messaging

·         Monitor and report on campaign performance .

Field Marketing

·         Develop plans and materials to support our New Restaurant Openings (NROs)

·         Develop Local Store Marketing toolkit
