Construction Estimator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support pre-construction efforts, the full-time General Construction Estimator will collaborate with various stakeholders to develop accurate cost estimates, review construction documents, and maintain project alignment on scope and budgets. Key responsibilities Review and interpret construction documents, including drawings and specifications Develop and submit RFIs and solicit quotes from suppliers and subcontractors Perform quantity take-offs and apply appropriate unit pricing using estimating software Required qualifications 5+ years of relevant experience in estimating or related field work Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience with OST or similar estimating software preferred Highly organized and self-motivated Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
