Atos Group is listed on Euronext Paris.Minimum 5+ years of experience in Mainframe development and Production Support projects.Strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM.Provide L1/L2 production support for Mainframe applications.Monitor batch jobs and resolve job abends, failures, and application issues within SLA timelines.Handle Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management activities.Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and scheduling tools.Coordinate with business users, onsite teams, and cross-functional support teams for issue resolution.Lead Major Incident Management (MIM) and bridge calls for critical production outages.Execute emergency fixes, production deployments, and validation activities.Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to improve operational efficiency.Prepare technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge management artifacts.Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.Participate in on-call and weekend support rotations as required.Experience with SLA-driven support environments.Knowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices.Experience in customer-facing roles and stakeholder communications.#LI-USHere at Atos, diversity and inclusion are embedded in our DNA.
