Job Description We are seeking an Application Architect III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in solution architecture, business analysis, and capital markets platforms and a proven ability to translate strategy and regulatory needs into scalable technical solutions. Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end solution architecture and requirements discovery for strategic initiatives. Evaluate current-state processes and systems, define future-state capabilities, and document target solution designs. Translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and operational needs into scalable technology solutions. Partner with stakeholders, product owners, engineers, and delivery teams to analyze impacts and manage dependencies. Support delivery teams through implementation, testing, and release across Capital Markets, Treasury, Funding, Liquidity, and Regulatory platforms. Contribute to the Interest Rate Remediation Program (IRRM) by aligning designs with risk and compliance objectives. Proactively identify risks and dependencies, communicate status, and drive consensus across organizational levels. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years in business analysis and/or application architecture. 8+ years in application development or business analytics. 5+ years partnering with clients or stakeholder groups to solve problems and design solutions. Proven delivery of solutions for Capital Markets domains. Experience working in an Agile software development team. Ability to connect business needs to technical solutions and communicate across organizational levels. Preferred Skills: CFA or FRM certification. Experience with Quartz or trading applications.
