Job Title: Sterile Processing Technician Location: Detroit, MI 48236 Shift: Day/ Night HPW: 40 Duration: 13 Weeks

Key Responsibilities: Decontaminate, inspect, assemble, and sterilize surgical instruments and medical equipment. Prepare and distribute sterile supplies and instrument trays to clinical departments. Monitor sterilization processes and accurately read temperature gauges and sterilization indicators. Maintain inventory and ensure proper storage of sterile instruments and supplies. Follow infection control, safety, and sterilization protocols in accordance with hospital standards. Ensure timely delivery of sterile instruments to support surgical and clinical procedures.

Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of Sterile Processing experience required. Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and interpret temperature gauges. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict sterilization standards. Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required License & Certifications: BLS (AHA) CRCST Cert.
