Collections Legal Assistant / Specialist
with HOA / Condo Collections Exp.
Temp-to-Hire | Plantation, FL | on-site

A well-established Plantation law firm is seeking a Collections Legal Assistant / Collections Specialist to join its growing HOA/Condo collections practice. They are looking for someone with 1-3+ years experience handling Condo / HOA Collections.
GROW YOUR LEGAL CAREER! This is a great opportunity for someone with some collections experience, preferably HOA or Condo, who is comfortable communicating with property owners and discussing outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
Responsibilities
Handle HOA and Condo collection matters
Communicate with property owners regarding delinquent accounts
Negotiate and set up payment arrangements
Follow up on outstanding balances and payments
Maintain accurate collection files and records
Work closely with attorneys and the legal team
Provide professional, courteous, and persistent communication
Qualifications
1 - 3 yrs' collections experience; HOA/Condo
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and confident telephone manner
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally
Prior law firm experience preferred
Position Details
Temp-to-Hire...The plan is to become permanent - like a working interview
On-site, Monday–Friday, normal business hours
Competitive salary: $45-55K, based on experience
