Implement existing best practices and develop them further with the team.Monitoring: Keep an eye on ongoing campaigns in the DSPs and ensure clean setups and continuous optimization.Strategy: Support the selection of suitable target groups, technologies, and inventories for programmatic buying.Numbers Understanding: Optimize the programmatic media buying and keep an eye on the relevant KPIs. The goal is to reliably achieve agreed performance targets.Networking: Work closely with specialist teams and external partners in an international environment.What Qualifies You:Qualification: You have a completed university degree with a focus on marketing, media studies, or a comparable education and more than 1-2 years of professional experience in online marketing.Data & Tech: The digital media landscape (DSPs, data, inventories, ad & audience verification technologies, etc.) is not just a term for you, but you have also implemented these in practice.Curiosity & Willingness to Learn: To always move forward, it is essential for you to stay "up-to-date" in programmatic.Data Preparation: With your good structure (in Excel as well as PowerPoint), it is easy for you to convey complex matters in an easily understandable way.Language Skills: You can communicate confidently in both German and English.Furthermore, you are a team player, communicative, and solution-oriented.If you find this job exciting, we strongly encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet every listed qualification.Working at WPP Media:At WPP Media, we shape the future of media and consistently invest in our employees.
