Health Planner II Join us as a Health Planner 2 at HDR . As part of our Architecture practice, you will contribute to the design and delivery of spaces and experiences that advance community well‑being around the world. In this role you will: Provide planning, design and coordination support on projects. Engage in problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking, mathematical reasoning and visualization to create accurate and detailed drawings. Prepare drawings and specification documents. Research, plan, design and administer building projects for clients, applying knowledge of design construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials. Understand healthcare trends. Assist the lead Health Planner in the preparation of presentation drawings, diagrams and narratives. Assist in coordinating all disciplines related to building design and health planning. Perform other duties as needed. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Architecture. Strong computer skills in AutoCAD, REVIT, Rhino, MS Office, Blue Beam. Architectural registration. Minimum of 5 years experience in the healthcare architecture field, with 3 years exclusively as a Health Planner. Advanced credentials desired (e.g., ACHA, LEED, EDAC). Willingness to travel. Preference given to local candidates. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in the A/E industry. Strong organizational skills. Understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, prints, drawings and models. Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and flexible. Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction of buildings.
