Job Description Job Description Company/Organization Information Company Name: America's Antique Mall Company Website: Job Information Job Title: Retail Store Manager Location: Streetsboro, Ohio 44241 Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried Salary Range: $50,000–$55,000 annually, based on experience Bonus Opportunity: Monthly performance bonus opportunity based on sales and occupancy goals Retail Store Manager America's Antique Mall is hiring an experienced, dependable, and customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our Streetsboro location. America's Antique Mall is a unique retail marketplace featuring hundreds of independent vendors and small-business owners. We are committed to excellent service, strong vendor relationships, and a positive workplace. The Retail Store Manager oversees store operations, employee leadership, vendor occupancy, sales performance, and store standards. This hands‑on role will help prepare the store for opening, recruit and onboard vendors, build the team, and support the location's long‑term success. Responsibilities Lead pre‑opening preparations and store launch Recruit, onboard, and build relationships with vendors Maintain strong booth and showcase occupancy Manage daily operations, staffing, and scheduling Hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees Provide professional service to shoppers and vendors Resolve escalated shopper, vendor, and employee concerns Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming store Monitor sales, occupancy, payroll, and operating goals Oversee cash procedures, store records, and month‑end tasks Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Lead by example and promote a positive team environment Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; college preferred Three to five years of retail management experience required Experience hiring, training, scheduling, and managing employees Strong sales, customer‑service, and relationship‑building skills Excellent organization, communication, and problem‑solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and certain holidays What We Offer $50,000–$55,000 annual salary, based on experience Monthly performance bonus opportunity Paid time off Supportive work environment Growth opportunities with an expanding company Health insurance is not currently offered.
