Key Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for skilled nursing facility residents
• Provide daily treatments tailored to a high rehab-to-home patient population
• Complete discharge planning and documentation in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Maintain a 90% productivity requirement
• Maintain on-site presence during scheduled hours to ensure expected hours are met

Required Qualifications

• Active and valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of New Mexico
• Ability to start within 2–3 weeks
• Ability to adhere to facility dress code requirements (black scrubs)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting strongly preferred
• Experience with a high-volume rehab-to-home patient population
• Familiarity with SNF documentation and compliance standards
