POSITION TITLE: Senior Manager, Human ResourcesJOB LOCATION: Las Vegas, NVPOSITION OVERVIEW:The Senior Manager of Human Resources is responsible for leading day-to-day HR operations and supporting a distributed workforce of executive protection professionals across multiple states. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure HR practices align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and the unique demands of field-based personnel. The position balances strategic input with hands-on execution across employee relations, compliance, recruiting support, and performance management. Compensation and benefits include:Base compensation range of $91,547 – $98,105 annuallyCompetitive pay based on experience and qualificationsPaid time off, paid sick leaveMedical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance benefits401(k) retirement plan with company match above industry standardEmployee Assistance Program (for unforeseen life events and hardships)Opportunities for advancement and career growth within PFC Group of CompaniesDUTIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Oversee daily HR operations for a multi-state workforce, with an emphasis on California complianceServe as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolutionSupport recruitment efforts, including coordination with hiring managers and onboarding of personnelEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, including wage and hour regulationsPartner with leadership on performance management, disciplinary actions, and terminationsTrack and report HR metrics, trends, and workforce dataMaintain accurate HRIS records and employee documentationProvide guidance to managers on HR best practices in a field-driven environmentREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this position:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)6+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-state operationsStrong knowledge of California labor law and compliance requirementsExperience supporting a remote or field-based workforce preferredDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficiency with HRIS systems particularly PaycomExtensive MS Office 365 experienceCOMPETENCIES:Sound judgment and decision-makingStrong interpersonal and conflict resolution skillsAbility to operate independently and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of discretion and professionalismAdaptability in a fast-moving, operational environmentClear and direct communication styleProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailPHYSICAL DEMANDS/TOOLS/EQUIPMENT:Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting and computer useOccasional travel may be requiredUse of standard office equipment (computer, phone, HRIS systems)Ability to communicate effectively via phone, video, and written channelsAbility to climb 2 sets of stairs in office #J-18808-Ljbffr PILOT MANAGEMENT COMPANY LLC
