What You Will

Do
· Lead enterprise platform demonstrations for strategic customers, technical stakeholders, and executive audien

ces.
· Support technical pre-sales activities, solution positioning, discovery sessions, architecture discussions, and proof-of-concept engagem

ents.
· Translate customer business requirements into technical solution recommendations, deployment plans, and measurable out

comes.
· Manage customer technical projects, including planning, scheduling, deployment coordination, upgrade execution, risk tracking, and operational follow-t

hrough.
· Develop and support proposals, RFP responses, statements of work, technical documentation, implementation plans, and customer-facing presen

tations.
· Deliver TCO, ROI, and business value presentations that connect the companys capabilities to enterprise infrastructure modernizati

on goals.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting strategic account growth and long-term customer success in

itiatives.
· Coordinate deployments and upgrades of GE Grid applications across customer environments, partnering with customer technical teams and internal st

akeholders.
· Ensure customer service plans, operational milestones, deployment schedules, and project deliverables remain visible a

nd on track.
· Lead and coordinate two customer service representatives supporting deployments, upgrades, and operationa

l activities.
· Partner closely with executive leadership, engineering, sales, customer success, and operations teams to drive customer satisfaction and success

ful execution.
· Identify technical risks, adoption blockers, and escalation points early; drive resolution through clear ownership and

communication.
Require

d Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Infrastructure Architecture, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or related enterprise custo

mer-facing roles.
· Strong expertise in Kubernetes, virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure, enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and container

ized environments.
· Experience managing enterprise customer engagements, deployments, upgrades, technical projects, and cross-functional impleme

ntation activities.
· Demonstrated ability to present technical solutions to executives, architects, engineering teams, operations teams, and custo

mer decision-makers.
· Excellent communication, consultative selling, customer relationship management, and stakehold

er management skills.
· Strong organizational and leadership capabilities with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and d

riving accountability.
· Ability to travel extensively across Miami, Juno Beach, and West Palm Be

ach customer locations.

Preferred Qualifications
· Experience supporting utility, energy, critical infrastructure, or large-sc

ale enterprise customers.
· Experience with enterprise platform demonstrations, proof-of-concept planning, and val

ue-based solution selling.
· Familiarity with GE Grid applications or similar mission-critical operation

al technology environments.

The ideal candidate is a senior customer-facing technologist who can move comfortably between executive conversations, technical architecture discussions, hands-on deployment planning, and project coordination. This person should be credible with enterprise infrastructure teams, organized enough to drive complex customer activities, and commercially aware enough t
