CHEMICAL MIXER TRAINEE

Monday - Friday

6:00 am - 2:00 pm

$18.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Learn and operate mixing equipment following established production procedures.
• Measure, weigh, and blend raw materials according to formulas and work instructions.
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Perform basic equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines.
• Work with team members to meet daily production goals and schedules.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to follow written instructions, formulas, and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills for measuring, weighing, and calculating quantities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required.
