Industrial Maintenance Technician Location: Indianapolis, IN Pay: $25-28 per hour Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm Employment Type: Temp to Hire Responsibilities Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of facility and powered equipment; diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure systems function correctly. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and adjust equipment to optimize performance. Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment and plant facilities, scheduling and conducting routine inspections to prevent failures and maintain longevity. Use hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment safely and effectively. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean, orderly work areas. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent education and production maintenance experience. 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience with knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanicals, furnaces, conveyors, shredders, and industrial skills.
