About the Role:

Join HOPSON ARTSCAPE LLC as a Landscape Construction Foreman in beautiful Corvallis, OR! We're looking for a passionate leader to oversee our landscaping projects and ensure high-quality results that delight our clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage landscaping crews to execute projects efficiently and effectively.

Coordinate daily tasks and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Provide training and mentorship to team members on landscaping techniques and safety protocols.

Maintain equipment and ensure all tools are in safe and working condition.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management and clients.

Ensure compliance with all local regulations and environmental standards.

Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements:

Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of landscape design, installation, and maintenance practices.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.

Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.

Certification in landscaping or related field is a plus.
